THAT OBJECTS AND PURPOSE OF THE TRUST ARE AND SHALL BE:-

1. To create a sense of brotherhood, co-operation, mutual harmony, love and affection amongst the member of the charitable trust.
2. To conduct seminars regarding environment and pollution, to promote the education of the Muslims including religious education.

4. To launch integrated development Programs for RBA, ST, OBC and Muslim Minority women and people living close to actual line of control and to assist them in  setting up income generating units.
5. To establish nonprofit oriented schools, colleges and industrial training institutes, vocational training centers, professional training centres, rehabilitetion centres,
6. orphanages, boarding and emergency shelters, housing programmes as well as other community development programmes particularly in the Muslim Minority and rural sectors.
7. To undertake research and development activities of rural technology in rural area for increasing Agricultural production, creating employment, eradicating poverty and bringing overall’ improvement in rural economy.
8. To undertake educational / Tech. education / rehabilitation program particularly for woman, Backwards & Muslim minority class people.
9. To promote cultural/educational activities in backward/tribal and Muslim minority area.
10. To asaint Govt./Non Govt. originations to arrange medical / food facillden in backward /tribal particularly Muslim minority area.
11. To Promote Prosecution research, prorogation of knowledge and experimental measures in connection with the study of disenses, their prevention, causation and remedy through Herbs, Siddha, Yoga and Naturopathy particularly in rural/Tribal and Muslim minority backward aren.
12. To promote cultural/Sports / educational activity among the family of backward / Tribal / Muslim Minority class through cultural education center & Book Banks.
13. Construction of dwelling units, School buildings, rural sanitations/ shelter home for old age peopie and homeless/helpless children and economically weaker section specially Muslim minority.
14.  To set up an afternoon / evening school for child labour in the slums, near their workplaces, underprivileged classes, rural, backward, tribal and Muslim minority areas.
15. To provide educational help of the all sorts, academic, captivities, professional, technical and commercial for assisting the unemployed youth of the entire community in securing jobs for leading an honorable life in the trust.
16. To arrange and or provide long standing practices or annual observation of religious festivals and seminars on the thought of Muslim Minority sets at the Masjid and Madarsa.
17. To manager & construct building, Masjid & Madarsa etc., for the interest of Muslims. 
18. To give lessons and instructions on the QURAN and other religious scriptures and arrange and provide all suitable and necessary ways and means for the daily Namaz and periodical festivals of Muslim religious according to the bishes and thoughts of Muslim sect and offering of Namaz recognized way and for observance of such other occasional religious festivals at above stated as may be decided by the trust from time to time.
19. To perpetuate keep and maintain the above described Masjid and Madarsa and the other premises and other land which will be attached thereto in good state and condition as may be necessary for the improvement and welfare of Masjid and Madarsa,
20. To construct, maintain, extend, alter, repair or improve Masjid, Madarsa. To undertake administrative of any other Masjid or Madrasa of charitable institutions or endowment c.g. etc.
21. To collaborate functions on the birth and death anniversary of famous Urdu/ Hindi Poets, Writers, Literatures etc.
22. To purchase / acquire lands for Masjid/Madarsa and other establishments and to construct building thereon for the cause of trust.
23. To provide educational help of the all sorts, academic, captivities, professional, technical and commercial for assisting the unemployed youth of the entire community in securing jobs for leading an honorable life in the society.
24. To extend financial assistance to the needy poor & orphan students, by way of scholarships, uniforms and distribution of books etc.
25. To make adequate arrangements and start/ run the rehabilitation centers for destitute, widows, old men & women, poor, beggars, handicapped and for mentally retarded persons for their social / civil upliftment.
26. To arrange and manage the training institution in Typing, Short- Hand, Computer information technology, computer hardware and networking training, mobile repairing hardware and software, Fine Arts, Craft, Painting. Modeling, Culling & Tailoring, Yoga, Physical Educational and other social activities of Awareness Programs, Adult Education Classes, Lecture Eassy Competitions Exhibitions, Symposium, cultural Programs, Seminars Camp and after the complete programmes issued the Certificate, Diploma, Degree etc.
27. To provide information and education/ useful knowledge and the medical advice, to general public regarding the vices of the society (Like Smack, Cigarette / Biri, Smoking, Alcohol AIDS) through holding awareness camps for De-Addiction and also start / organize the lectures by expert team of Doctors, Journalists and other learned persons. 
28. To education the entire community regarding the importance of QURAN and other holy books etc. 
29. To Open and establish Charitable Yetenary hospitals and clinics in various places for giving treatment to animals and birds and work for their welfare.
30. To organize seminars, Mushaira’s Kavi Sammelans, Lectures and symposia for the promotion of Urdu & Hindi Language etc.
31. To arrange and or provide long standing practices or annual observation of religious festivals and seminars on the thought of muslim sets at the School, Masjid and Madarsa.

35. To organise seminar on social justice, Urdu educational and economical upliftment to raise legal demands and fundamental right provided by ‘Constitution of India’.
36. To take up effective, reasonable and lawful steps for the Association.
37. To take up effective, reasonable and lawful sfessong the Fiordin solution of Member of the society problems and also Vice/Presiden approach/applied from the concerned authority, decided by the Governing Body time to time.
38. To approach to the competent court courts to safeguard the right of the General Public and for the public interest from time to time as the Association may deem lit and DroDer.
39. To provide for medical and other health support and assistance as may be decided by the Association.
40. To provide for Financial & Institutional support and undertake various activities and Madarsa/Masjid for promotion of the English, Hindi, Urdu, Arbi Educational, & Carrier Prospects of the members of the society and their family.
41. To open centers for orphanage and leprosy Asylum in different parts of the country and board, and also provide wellare servicas
42. To accept donations, grants, presents, gifts and other offerings (in the shape of moveable or immoveable properties) and the same shall be utilized for the promotion of Aims & Objects of the above society.
43. To erect, construct, alter, maintain, sell, lease, mortgage, transfer, improve, manage and / or develop all any part of the property or the building of the above society necessary or convenient for the purpose of the attainment of the Aims and Object of the society. 
44. To open and maintain Madarsa, Colleges and other concern with employment education for the children women and elder person.
45. To purchase / acquire lands for Masjid/Madarsa and other establishments and to construct building thereon for the cause of society.
46. To accept donations, grants, presents, gifts and other offerings (in the shape of moveable or immoveable properties) and the same shall be utilized for the promotion of Aims & Objects of the above society.
47.  To do such other things/acts/activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of any of the objects of the association.
48. To apply and get Registered U/S-10(23C) (jilab), (iliad) and vi, u/s 10(23c), (ic), (iliac) and (vi A Section 11, 12 and 80G of Income Tax and get Registered in Department of Human resources, development ministry and in management & research organization etc.
